So I decided to ditch the shampoo and conditioner today and did the bicarb of soda and acv instead. My hair feels clean, but it's very dry - I have dry and slightly frizzy hair anyway, so conditioner is normally a must. I'm going to try a natural hair mask and see if that helps. What can us dry haired people use in place of conditioner? My water here in the uk isn't great - my face can't tolerate it at all - so that probably doesn't help matters. I also have an autoimmune condition (Hashimotos) which definitely makes my hair drier. Plus I'm 50 so having the hormone party! I need some sort of conditioner. I was using Faith in Natures Avocado conditioner - wondering about trying some now.

Seems like the doctors have changed! They seem as though they don't want to help people anymore. They just want to poison their patients or do nothing to help. It’s been around 7-8 years now - I don’t use deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash or sunscreen. however if physically soiled where water can’t remove I will use a small amount of pure-castile soap. Great content Sam!!

A virus may be there but that does not mean it’s causative. An antibody may be there but that doesn’t mean we’re protected. The processes occurring in the body are not so simplifiable as virus/bacterial theory would have us to believe.

Hmmm . . . I use a wash cloth in the shower to clean me. No soap. I began my no poo journey on JN05. Today is JN27. I have resorted to vinegar & water (put vinegar in container and fill with the shower water otherwise it's too COLD to handle well as it drips down the rest of me from my head). The vinegar rinse every other "wash" cuts down on the itchiness. The staggered wash is just water. Currently, every 4 days. Gonna go to every 5 come July (soon!). I might try dry brushing once a week. I used to have a bath once a week when I was a kid. My little brother would have his and then the water would be reused for me. Yet, I was considered clean. I already stopped using soap on my face because excema. I "wash" my face with oat flour: exfoliant and gooey. Makes my skin soft when I pat it dry. Oh, and face gets washed with cold water only . . . because excema. Very interesting. I don't do a lot of those other things that you do, but I do my best. Thanks for tips. :-)

I wouldn't say that we necessarily don't have an immune system, but that the concept is completely wrong. We constantly cleanse our lymphatic fluid through urination and sweating, when we get sick it is just our body cleaning out a severe excess. This is why I think having jabs that mask symptoms are one of the worst things ever. If we don't have symptoms then we aren't purging. The garbage in our food and toxicity of our environment is what are bodies are fighting against, not invisible nefarious viruses. Bacteria and viruses(for the lack of a better name) are not causes but results of something else, playing their part.
